CONTEXT
A sloping site within the Tuscan landscape, defined by a significant change in elevation. The terrain and orientation establish precise conditions for the overall spatial setting.

Site Potential
The site allows for the development of a high-end private residence integrated into the slope, with a high degree of privacy and open views to the south. The change in elevation makes it possible to partially embed the volumes within the landscape, reinforcing privacy and the overall quality of the setting.

Concept Direction

A compact horizontal system organised around an internal courtyard:
- main opening toward the south and the view
- organised and controlled access from the north
- a protected courtyard as the central core of the house

The plan is organized as a closed composition forming an internal courtyard with a pool. To the south, the space opens toward light and landscape. To the north, a more enclosed front defines the entrance and vehicular access.
The slope allows volumes to be partially embedded, increasing the privacy of the courtyard.

Materials and Atmosphere
An approach based on mass and tactility: local natural stone, earth-toned plaster, travertine and matte wood. An essential language, free of unnecessary decorative elements.

INTERIORS
Spaces calibrated around material quality and natural light. Main elements include travertine, natural stone, light marbles and matte wood. A direct relationship between interior and exterior, without visual overload.

RESULT
A contemporary private residence balancing privacy, a high level of comfort and continuity with the Tuscan landscape.
