We develop concepts for residential and hospitality projects from private residences to real estate developments.
Our work is based on a clear spatial structure and a controlled implementation model.
The studio is based in Italy and works with private clients and developers across Europe and the Middle East.
POSITION
LUUMAA defines the conceptual model of the project and is responsible for its overall coherence.
We determine the spatial strategy, functional structure and character of the intervention, accompanying the project from the initial idea to coordination of the implementation phase.
Our objective is to establish a clear working framework and ensure alignment between execution and the approved concept.
Each project is considered a long-term value for the owner or investor.

ROLE
LUUMAA is responsible for the conceptual model and coordination of spatial decisions.
We establish the framework within which technical professionals develop structural and executive documentation.
Projects are carried out in collaboration with licensed technical offices and specialized consultants.
LUUMAA operates as the central design lead, supported by a structured network of technical professionals and consultants engaged according to the scale and complexity of each project.
